Episcopalians believe in and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, whose life, death, and resurrection saved the world.
We believe God loves you -- no exceptions.

The Book of Common Prayer is core to our beliefs and the Bible is our foundation. Worship is filled with Scripture from beginning to end. Our Baptismal Covenant: "Do you reaffirm your renunciation of evil and renew your commitment to Jesus Christ?" is repeated on special occasions. The "Apostles Creed" and the "Nicene Creed" are the foundational statements of faith that are used during Eucharist (Holy Communion) and other worship services. The Sacraments (bread and wine) received during Eucharist are "the outward and visible signs of inward and spiritual grace." (Book of Common Prayer, p. 857).
