Grace Episcopal Church is one of 21 churches in the Diocese of Utah.

If you include all jurisdictions that belong to The Episcopal Church, there are 107 dioceses and diocese-equivalent jurisdictions:

  • 95 dioceses in the United States
  • 10 dioceses outside the U.S. (in places such as the Caribbean and Latin America)
  • 1 Convocation of Episcopal Churches in Europe
  • 1 Episcopal Church Armed Services and Federal Ministries

Our diocese is also part of a confederation of dioceses that make up the worldwide Anglican Communion – churches in communion with the See of Canterbury (the Archbishop).

Grace Episcopal Church seeks to fulfill its primary mission of proclaiming the Kingdom of God:

  • Through prayer and worship, offering opportunities that are both traditional and innovative, in gatherings large and small.
  • Through witness, proclaiming the Gospel in word and deed; nurturing and deepening personal commitment to Jesus Christ and His Body through the power of the Holy Spirit; and making Jesus Christ known to all people by living the Christian faith with love, respect, and mutual reconciliation across diverse perspectives.
  • Through service, following Christ's example by promoting justice, peace, and love through ministries within the parish family and through outreach to the community and the world.
